Collection: Folklore

Folklore, fairytales or folk stories are often composed, cherished and shared outside and within the confines of traditional religious/ cultural practices. They hold morals, memories, and values unique to a community of people. They are often passed down from generation to generation orally recited, sung, or performed. The characters may resemble religious figures but they are not meant to be taken literally but rather as a parable - that is meant to teach you about something important.
